Airdrawndagger (or ADD for short) was released in 2002 by Kinetic Records and BMG. It features appearances from Charlie May and Junkie XL. The term "air-drawn dagger" was used in Macbeth to characterize an emotional outburst. The album has a very different sound from Sasha's other work, such as the Xpander EP. Its tone is far more atmospheric and relaxed compared to Sasha's other dance mixes. In an interview with Dupspot (March 2013) Sasha stated that the production of this album had relied heavily on use of the Roland JD-800 and the Waldorf WAVE synthesizers, describing them as "the sound of Airdrawndagger".
