Chuck is the third studio album from Canadian rock band Sum 41. The album was released on October 12, 2004. It is the band's last album to feature lead guitarist Dave Baksh. He left the band on May 11, 2006

The album received mainly positive reviews and won a Juno Award in 2005 for Best Rock Album of the Year. The album was certified gold in Japan, platinum in Canada and gold in the United States.
