What Sound is Manchester electronic music duo Lamb's 2001 album. It is the group's third release.
The producer/vocal duo of Andy Barlow and Lou Rhodes is joined by session musicians Arto Lindsay on guitar, Me'Shell NdegéOcello on bass, and Michael Franti with additional vocal work. Doves guitarist Jimi Goodwin, producers Nellee Hooper and Richard Dorfmeister (of Kruder & Dorfmeister fame) also contributed to the album.
The track "Heaven" was used repeatedly by the television series Six Feet Under.
